The story
Thanks to the enterprising spirit of husband and wife, Aniello Russo and Carmela Perrusio, Caseificio Perrusio was founded in Meta in 1965. With the help of their four children, the business became a general partnership in 1981. Today, as then, the dairy is founded on a love for their work and family values.
