Shipping
Our cheeses are fresh products, so we take care with every shipment to make sure they reach you as if they had just left the dairy, without ever breaking the cold chain.
Shipping costs in Italy
- Orders of €50 or more: free shipping.
- Orders under €50: €5.
The cost is calculated automatically at checkout, before payment.
How we ship
- BRT Fresh refrigerated courier: in areas where the service is available, the cheeses travel at a controlled temperature from dispatch to delivery.
- Insulated box: where BRT Fresh does not yet deliver, we ship in a sealed polystyrene box with ice inside, to keep the products cold throughout the journey.
When we ship
We ship from Monday to Wednesday, with delivery in 24/48 hours in Italy: this way the parcel never sits in a depot over the weekend. Orders received from Thursday to Sunday are dispatched from the following Monday.
When your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with the courier’s tracking number.
Shipping within Europe
We ship to 24 European Union countries with BRT, always in a sealed polystyrene box with ice inside. The cost depends on the country and the weight of the parcel (from €13) and is shown at checkout, before payment.
In Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Monaco, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain (including the Balearic Islands) and mainland Portugal, shipping is free on orders of €100 or more.
We do not ship outside the European Union, nor to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Andorra.
Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from dispatch; for Europe too, we ship from Monday to Wednesday.
On delivery
We recommend putting the products in the fridge straight away.
If the parcel arrives damaged, something is missing or there is a mistake in the order, write to us within 24 hours of delivery at reclami@caseificioperrusio.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo: we will find a solution together.

Sempre supremo come formaggio
Formaggio eccellente. Il caseificio Perrusio è l’unico della DOP Provolone del Monaco a spedirlo all’estero.
